Design 1107 C2 Calypso

We have posted a couple of articles about Figaro, design 1107, built by Joel Johnson of Bridgeport, Connecticut and launched in 1955. Heres a sistership that was built by Cantiere Sangermani of Lavaga, Italy. In fact our records show this is the first S&S boat to be built by the shipyard. 16 more S&S designs would follow. She was launched in 1957.
